Each group member receives, on a rotating basis, an hour of nourishing massage immediately after class

How the classes are structured
Join Robert on Wednesdays from 7-8pm on Zoom for Mindfulness Meditation with your Wellness Pod. This is a live class where you will learn skills, practice them, and have the benefit of a master instructor to guide the experience and answer questions.
