You Already Understand the Problem.
You Just Can’t Stop the Reaction.

You know what it is.

You've thought about it from every angle, talked it out, done the work to understand it. And when the moment actually arrives, the same response shows up first.

That automatic response has nothing to do with willpower or mindset. It changes when you work at the level where it's actually being generated.

The Real Problem

Most people who reach this point aren't new to personal work.

They've tried therapy. They've tried coaching. They've tried tracking the pattern, understanding the trigger, reframing the story. In many cases, those things helped them understand the problem more clearly.

But when the moment hits, the same reaction fires before there's much room to choose anything different.

You probably already know this from the inside:

"I know what I need to do. I just can't make myself do it in the moment."

"I understand why I react that way. I still do it anyway."

"It happens before I can stop it."

That's the part that matters. Insight stops outside the door. The automatic response keeps running.

The gap between understanding the problem and actually changing the reaction is exactly what this session is designed to close.

What This Session Is

This is a 90-minute, one-on-one session on Zoom where I work directly with the part of your mind that's been running the reaction automatically.

A few things this session is not:

  • A coaching call where we talk about the problem
  • A "get to know you" session before the real work begins
  • A disguised sales pitch

This session IS the work.

One more thing worth saying directly: there is no pitch at the end. At the end of the session, we look at what shifted, what to pay attention to in the days that follow, and what the next step could be. If continued work makes sense, I'll explain what that looks like. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is sold.

What the 90 Minutes Looks Like

The session follows a simple sequence. You can walk in knowing exactly what to expect.

1. Set the container. You tell me what's been happening and what you want to change. I create a space that's clear, direct, and free of judgment.

2. Understand the mechanism. A short explanation of why insight, logic, and willpower often haven't been enough. Here's what we do instead. Most people find this alone clarifies something that's been confusing for a long time.

3. Do the actual work. I use subconscious communication and hypnotic strategies to work directly with the automatic response, in real time. The goal is a noticeable shift during the session itself.

4. Integration and next steps. We look at what changed, what to pay attention to in the days that follow, and what continuing the work could look like if that makes sense.

What You Leave With

Most people leave with:

  • A quieter mind around the specific issue they came in with
  • Less intensity around the triggers that used to fire automatically
  • A clearer sense of what was actually driving the reaction underneath the story about it
  • Practical tools to keep working with the process on your own
  • A concrete understanding of what's possible from here, and whether continued work would help

You leave with real movement.

What People Have Said

"I noticed a difference after just one session."

Jeremy came in wanting help with alcohol cravings and confidence in social situations involving drinking. He noticed a shift right away, learned how to keep working with the process on his own. He later described himself as having no cravings to drink.

"Therapy and talking just wasn't doing anything."

Miranda came in after an experience that had crushed her confidence, self-worth, and sense of self. She said six weeks of this work made far more of a difference than she expected. She no longer dreaded going to work, and said it helped her move through the unconscious responses that had been affecting her life and mental health in ways therapy hadn't reached.

"Nothing worked, and I couldn't stop."

Jenni came in after more than a decade of nail biting and skin picking. She'd tried therapy and habit-breaking programs. Still couldn't stop. After doing this work, she described feeling more confident, more relaxed, and better able to handle stressful situations without going back to the same behavior.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • You keep repeating the same pattern regardless of how much you understand it
  • You've already done the therapy, the coaching, the journaling, and the automatic response is still running
  • You're tired of managing the problem and want it to actually stop

This is not for you if:

  • You're still in the research phase and not ready to do the work
  • You're looking for more insight into why it happens, because you probably already have plenty of that
  • You want to talk about the issue rather than work directly on it

Self-selection matters here. The people who get the most from this session are the ones who are past the point of needing to understand the problem one more time.

A Note on Who I Am

I've spent 10 years as a clinical hypnotist, trained under Igor Ledochowski in one of the most rigorous hypnotherapy programs available. Most of the people I work with have already been through therapy, coaching, and every self-help approach they could find. They come to me because those things gave them insight. The automatic response is still running.

Common Questions

I've never done hypnosis before. What does it actually feel like?

You're aware the entire session. You can speak, notice what's happening, and respond at any point. Most people describe it as focused but relaxed, similar to being absorbed in something. You're not unconscious. You're not going to do anything you don't want to do. You're in a state where the conscious mind loosens its grip enough for the deeper process to happen. People who have had trouble relaxing in the past still do this work fine. I work with where you actually are.

What kinds of problems does this address?

Anything that fits the pattern: you understand it, you've tried to change it, and the automatic response still shows up first. That can look like anxiety that fires before you can reason with it, habits you know you don't want but still do, confidence that drops in specific situations, overthinking that won't stop after the moment has passed, reactions you can see coming and still can't stop in the moment.

If there's an automatic response underneath it, that's what I work with directly.

What if I don't notice a shift during the session?

Most people feel something change during the session itself. Some notice more in the days that follow. The response becomes less automatic, the charge behind a trigger settles, things that usually spiral stop escalating. What we're working with has been running for a while. Sometimes the shift is subtle before it becomes obvious.

If you continue into the Foundation Program, this session applies toward that investment. The work carries forward either way.

How is this different from seeing a therapist?

Therapy mostly operates at the conscious level: insight, understanding, reframing, language. It's valuable. Most people who book this session have already done it, and it gave them a clear picture of the problem. The gap it typically doesn't close is the automatic response itself, the way your mind and body react before your conscious understanding can catch up.

That's the level I work at directly.

If therapy helped you understand the problem, that's useful. It makes the session more efficient. What happens here is something different.

I’m opening a limited number of sessions this week.

If you want to get started, now is the time.
