In order to book an appointment, all first-time clients must fill-in a New Client Intake and Agreements, as well as provide a valid credit card number to hold the appointment. The credit card will not be charged unless an appointment is missed or cancelled late (please be sure to familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy at our booking page on Vagaro when you are creating your appointment). At your appointment, payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
An appointment date/time must be coordinated directly with Karen via text, phone call, or email before proceeding to reservation through Vagaro. *In-studio signature massage for 60/90/120 minutes are $125/$175/$225, in-home (Sonoma County) adds $25 (Marin County $50) unless two or more treatments are booked back-to-back in the same location (couples/friends/family, etc.), in which case the in-home fees are waived.

Karen is a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Advanced Pranic Healer, and RYT-200. She is currently a full-time doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology Program at the California Institute for Integral Studies, exploring the intersection of somatic and psychic healing. She holds two degrees in counseling psychology and regularly takes trainings in somatic techniques for bodywork and counseling. She was trained as a birth and postpartum doula through DONA, as a perinatal Yoga specialist through Jane Austin’s Mama Tree School, and in massage therapy in various modalities/schools such as National Holistic Institute and Carole Osborne Body Therapy School, among many others. Karen has been working with the body and energy flows for almost 20 years, beginning with informal/traditional education in bodywork and certification in Pranic Healing in the 1990s.
